The advantage

JPP vinyl column wraps are manufactured using a proprietary formula from our parent company, BODO Plastic, and undergo surface treatment. They offer the following advantages:

During production, patented moulding technology is employed to ensure a more uniform product hardness; a matting roller is used for matting and embossing, which simultaneously eliminates internal stress and prevents warping caused by secondary deformation of the JPP vinyl column wraps.

Excellent weather resistance: UV-resistant; Through QUV weathering tests, the Delta E color difference after 1000 hours of UV irradiation is less than 2; excellent quality confirmed by 10 years of customer feedback from actual use.

Surface finishes: Bright Smooth / Matt Smooth / Woodgrain Texturing and Deep Embossed Woodgrain can be customised. Paint finishing is available upon request.

Fire-retardant properties: For indoor applications, flame retardants can be added to achieve ASTM E84 Class A fire rating or EN ISO 11925-2:2010 B-s1, d0 standard.

Environmentally friendly: Free from heavy metals, recyclable, with formaldehyde content & TVOC = 0
